Defective

I'm convinced that this blouse is defective. I initially bought this blouse in a medium which is my normal size if not a small in tops. I couldn't even get it over my shoulders. Next I ordered an XL because I could see how small this blouse was cut so I didn't even bother with the Large. I just barely got into it and it was a struggle lol. It was too tight everywhere. At this rate I would probably need a 3x for it to fit properly lol.
