Raggedy

I purchased these shoes and the sole detached from the shoe after about 3 two-hour wears. I attempted to return the shoe to the store and was informed they don’t accept defective items in person. I mailed the shoe in to return and was told it wouldn’t be accepted due to “excessive wear” As you can see from the sole its in near new condition. Very disappointed in Macy’s and their poor customer service. Purchase at your on risk. If I could give no stars I would.

Shoes start shaving after a whiles.

Great pair of shoes, however our dauggter plays alot and we notice the front of the shoes is starting to shave off.

You need to size up at least two sizes!

We ordered size 13 which is a size larger than my daughter wears, but they were still too tight! So we returned them and ordered size 1, but the order got canceled as they were no longer available.
