Not for Side Sleepers

I purchased this mattress (Queen) a week ago, and it was sagging after 1 night sleep on it. I’m a side sleeper and this mattress-Black series 3 15” was the one recommended. My husband is a back sleeper and his side is level, however, my side is down hill. I placed a level on it and the bubble moved all the way to the left.
