I just got these sheets and washed them for the first time before using on my bed. They are soft but look like they’re pilling already. I’m planning on using them but hope they don’t get worse.

We are sincerely sorry to hear that these sheets have been such a disappointment after just one wash. We completely understand the frustration of specifically seeking out "extra deep pockets" only to find the fitted sheet struggling to cover your mattress. It is a major letdown when bedding that is supposed to be cozy arrives feeling rough and fits so "snug" that it becomes a struggle to make the bed. We apologize for the discomfort and for the fact that these sheets didn't live up to their "extra deep" promise.

Warm sheets
The weather in Louisville has been snowy and cold. I ordered these sheets and we are finally warm when bedtime comes around. Macy's was great to work with as I did in store pick-up. They emailed me that they were ready and I picked them up. Great service!
