I purchase three beds and three frames. I had the worrying no more protection. The first bed I purchased didn’t really like it so I exchanged it for a different bed which I really like the problem came in. They only refund it. $1500 of the bed that I returned instead of the entire amount they’re looking at other refunds from the other two beds and I’ve called three times and I can’t get anybody to follow the instructions on why they didn’t give me the full amount of the refund every time I call everybody that I speak to English is not their first language there is a language barrier I need a supervisor to reach out and call me so we can clear up this problem with these four beds now I originally purchased three but I’ve been billed for four. I’m I return two frames and that’s why they won’t give me the full amount of this bed that I just re-purchased. I’ve never had this problem from Macys before and I’ve been a Platinum member for a while and I’m really disappointed in the Customer Se

I’ll start with the fact that at full price, I would not be keen to buy something I had not seen or felt in person. However, I am pleasantly surprised by this mattress. This is the first brand new mattress I have ever owned and there are many things I didn’t realize I was missing. I love that this is a thicker (taller) mattress where it takes less effort to get back out of bed after a long day. I work a job where a sit all day and a side job where I am on my feet most nights, which does is a number on my back. This mattress is so supportive without being overly firm. I wanted to give this mattress a fair assessment before reviewing it and have used it for about 3 weeks so far. I haven’t slept this consistently good in adulthood. I also live in Michigan so the summers can get humid. So far this does not make me feel hot like other mattresses have; I suppose a testament to the cooling feature. Now for the only downfall of this mattress- Changing the sheets on this aren’t super fun because tucking in the corners with a heavy mattress is a task. With two people, or one with more patience than I have, it should be fine. I just wouldn’t get this for a more elderly person unless you were expecting to have someone else changing the sheets. Also, standard sheets won’t work, you’ll have to get some with deep pockets.

I’ve had this mattress for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly been a game-changer for my sleep. I went with the Level Three Plush Pillow Top in queen size, and it strikes that perfect balance between softness and support. The plush top feels incredibly comfortable. I was also skeptical about the cooling features, but the InfiniCool MAX Technology really works. I tend to sleep hot, but this mattress stays noticeably cooler throughout the night, which helps me fall and stay asleep more easily.
