Very disappointing

Total waste of money. I got this while there is a deal. Size didn’t fit so returned the item. When label is generated it Said no box no label. When I went to UPS they charged me for not bringing the box. And after returning I got partial refund which is really 10% of what I paid. I didn’t use the product. So it was in original condition. No explanation from Macy’s.
