Cheaply made

The shoes arrived after 2 weeks, so obviously the 3-6 days was a lie. The BEBE shoes was packaged in a plastic bag, and was not in a shoe box. Why is that, Macys? The shoes did not look as advertised. Very low quality. I am surprised, Macys. Also, the logo on the back of the shoes is covered by the pull up piece/tab on the back of the shoes due to poor sewing of the pull up tab. I want my money back please!
