Beautiful dress in person

The only reason I, gave it 4 stars is because I’m 135 lbs 36D and 27 1/2 inches in the waist.. I normally wear a size (small ) 8 in dresses. Bebe size chart is definitely different than Macy’s. The top of the dress fits perfect but a lil loose around the shoulders. The bottom is to very tight. If I gain 2lbs I’m gonna have to give the dress away. I’m gonna have to exchange it for a medium.
