Received wrong dress

The first time I ordered the dress I was sent a totally different dress and I thought it was a mistake. I reordered the dress and got the same wrong black dress for a second time. So frustrating!

Not the same dress as shown

Needed this dress by the end of the week ordered the 1st time three weeks ago. It came in and it’s labeled women’s Dolce Pleat Sharkbite Maxi with Tie Back on the outer package but on its original tag it’s labeled as Crystal Mesh MIDI dress Black. So I sent it back the first time hoping it was just a mistake in labeling and reordered. And got the same BLACK DRESS NOT GOLD. so so frustrating
