My order delivered to the wrong address,

The dress I ordered would have undoubtedly been nice but the fact that I never received it was frustrating due to someone neglecting to ensure the correct address information.

Package never delivered

I extremely disappointed, because I ordered this item in advance and the package was delivered to the wrong address. I received notification that the package was delivered but I went to an unknown location. How is this possible? A major error on someone part. The address it was actually delivered to is not even in my area code. Totally unacceptable!!!! Now I have to try to find a navy blue dress for the wedding tomorrow. Shame on you guys.

Never received my order

I was excited to receive this dress however, I was never given the dress. I was so deeply disappointed of Macy for not solving the issue and not returning any of the money I had purchased with this dress. I had called customer service many times about the issue but they ignored my issue.
