Unhappy with shipping

I received this dress today. I have not tried it on yet so I may still return it. I bought it for a after-wedding reception three days from today. I am very disappointed in the way the dress was packaged for shipping. It came in a poly mailer plastic envelope. The dress was on a plastic hanger in a dry-cleaning plastic bag. The hanger was broken and could have torn the sheer sleeves. It also looked like it may have been worn or tried on and smelled of perfume.
