What happened to your quality?

The cover-up is cute, but it runs a bit small. Overall, I’ve been very disappointed with the quality of Macy’s clothing. I’ve started shopping at Dillard’s instead because Macy’s items now feel lower in quality than even Walmart’s. The photos look beautiful online, but the reality doesn’t match—thin fabrics, noticeable shrinkage after washing, and excessive lint that transfers to everything the garment touches. It’s frustrating and disappointing. I’ll be extremely cautious about purchasing from Macy’s again.
