Awful

How could they possibly ship something like this? Now I’m left without a swimsuit for my vacation. I need to return this item—it was beautiful, but it arrived used. There were deodorant stains, loose threads, and even a tear. This is completely unacceptable. I am finished with Macy's. I've never been brought to tears over clothing before, but this experience has truly pushed me to my limits.
