Arrived damaged!

Looking forward to this suits arrival! It arrived with the lace already torn on both arms! Now I have to return!

THE SWIMSUIT WAS TRIED ON

Well, I bought this for my mom since she loves the brand. Yet we received something worn in the most unhygienic way (see the photos). I mean, no store or no one should accept swimwear or an intimate item with its hygienic liner off. I am still trying to figure out how on earth they would sell this item to us, used and in a disgusting condition. My mom was super thrilled to receive this item since we live abroad, and there is no way now that we can exchange this item since the return deadline has passed. I am just trying to point out that there shouldn't be a mistake this unacceptable. This is way over the line. I am waiting for an authority to reach out to me since it is an embarrassing, filthy situation. I am still gagging.

50-year-old woman and this was the first time I put on a bathing suit and actually liked how I looked in it! I love the suit!
