Gift with purchase is just a sample

Same as others have reviewed. Received the product with a sample gift with purchase. Pathetic. The image shows it would be an actual mini travel item not a tiny sample.

Without receiving the free gift as it offers, sad

My friend likes it, It works good for very dry skin. I bought for her. But I received the package without the free gift ( small bottle). I feel a little sad.

what a great surprise

I received this in a sample gift bag. I tried it and fell in LOVE with this mousturizer. It is SO light! I put it on after my daily serum, then my daily collagen lotion. It smells good too. Try it, you'll like it!

Macy's lied, poor customer service

The product is fine. Just know that if there's a GWP, you will not receive it. If you call customer service, they will lie to you. I called 4 times, and instead of sending the advertised GWP, this is what they sent, a foil sample.
