I purchased two of these Belkin 3‑in‑1 chargers, and both slowly stopped working after about a year. First, the Apple Watch charging spot failed on each unit, and now the phone charger has stopped working as well. For the price, it should last much longer than this. Disappointing durability—save your money and go with another product.

I got this as a gift, and because I have no receipt I was told it was a no go for warranty. It is only the watch side for what is going on.

Break after a couple of months each time
I first bought this in December 2024, since then I have had it replaced twice because 1 side stops working. Very disappointing and not worth it

Great design - but ultimately faulty
I’d like to start by saying big and long time fan of many of the Belkin products. Been using them since i got my first iPod. Loved how they seemed to always manage to replicate the magic of apple products in a sense that it would have this lovely aesthetic and it would “just work”. And in a sense have been a faithful brand ambassador for all these years: I have been gifting belling products left and right to quite a few people as well, with the intent of sharing the joy that is having accessories that are just so inline with the entire aesthetic and functionality. On to the context: Me and my lovely lady are both power users and usually end up having to charge all our devices for the next day. And with the previous iteration this was a breeze. The previous iteration was just magnificent doing almost everything right, just the AirPods alignment was a bit finicky. But manageable. Not really an issue that you couldn’t work around by sliding it around a bit. So after a few years using the previous 3-in-1 version as our go to night stand chargers, I thought why not go and get myself and my love, an upgrade to the new and improved version? It will have surely fixed the alignment issue of the AirPods. This new version did exactly that. It fixed the alignment issue masterfully. But… And it’s a big “BUT”. Honestly… first week using it and it’s already proving to be a nightmare. We noticed that both stands have an issue that isn’t fixable with a bit of sliding. It’s an issue, or rather issueS with the watch charging. Yes. Plural. It does not behave. AT ALL. First. it somehow tilts the watch to the side if you don’t place it just right. The pictures other people posted with the watch slanted? It’s happening on both of the stands… so either it’s faulty design or the magnets that should keep it in place are… not in the right place. Or this might be due to something with angle of how the watch sits on the charger, but I’m inclined to think it’s issue is as previously stated: the magnets. I figure this might be some quality control issues or simply didn’t even cross the design and engineering departments mind, meaning slight but significant oversight and lack of iteration… which given that the previous model worked so well, you’d think they would take that as a basis before launching the product. I’d suggest some rethinking and retooling, and even better testing for the next gen model. Next, it just randomly stops and restarts charging. Which when it does is an annoyance. Yet this is the best case scenario. The worst case scenario which, in the 9 days we have had them, happened to occur on 5 of them: it stops charging and only start charging again after a powercycle. You can already imagine where this is going. We have woken up multiple times in this week and noticed the watch has not only not charged, but it’s basically on its last legs. This kind of issue right out of the box, makes it absolutely not viable for use, and should have been caught during prototyping. But it hasn’t. This is certifiably dreadful. Waking up to an almost completely depleted battery is on good days a major pain and on bad days rightly panic inducing. I hope this is fixable in a simple way, because I’d hate for this product to be a complete dud. Either way, my confidence in belkin products has taken a major hit with this experience. Especially since it’s one of the newer products. It’s not precedent setting but at the very least worrisome. Either way… I have faith in belkin’s costumer support as this would be the first time I’m having to express a negative feedback and review but have heard nothing but wonderful things of the brands dedication to resolving and improving upon these kinds of issues.

Defective/Poor Quality, doesn’t work
The concept is great, but the charger doesn’t work. The power brick seems to be the issue on mine. I used a weaker different power brick which appears to work, however that’s a slow one.
