Beware of sides
Griddle is good but the sides can heat up too from outside which can cause burns if accidentally touched
Buy a different one!
It doesn’t heat up as well as others I’ve used.

Perfect; large cooking surface, narrow profile!
Our Bella 10×20 griddle cooks quickly and evenly. Food doesn't stick to the ceramic surface and cleans easily. The warming tray and drip cup stay in place when you move it. My wife loves it!

Smaller than expected
Griddle is nice but much smaller than I expected. The drip edge (the gutter that takes any grease to the trap) is part of griddle surface - so the cooking space is actually smaller than the 10x20 size. My old griddle cooking surface was 10x20 and the drip edge was separate. I like the warming tray, but it is very small. It would have been nice to use it for cord storage when not in use, but the tray is not even large enough to fit it.
