Wrong size and color!

Boots arrived but were wrong size and wrong color. I ordered grey boots in a 9M. Received black boots in a 5 M.

Wrong shoes arrived, finally fixed

So we ordered some shoes and they came in the box but when we opened the box they were not the correct shoes at all. Someone had placed a sticker over the existing barcode and the wrong shoes were inside. First macys rep I talked to said it was corrected. It didn’t sound correct so I called back and the second rep confirmed the first rep did nothing.

Way too small

Wish I would have read the reviews. Pulled the 11w out of the box (typically would be a half size up for me) and they were so small I thought they must have sent me the wrong size. Otherwise a cute shoe, loved that it’s genuine leather and stacked heel. I’d probably need a 12 WW for it to fit.

great boots

I read so many bad reviews about these boots but they have been great for me, they look nice and they are very comfortable. That’s just my personal experience.
