Nice boot, but not for me

They are lovely boots! However, I only just had the opportunity to try them today. They were hurting my toes, so I had to take them off. Nothing against the boots, though. I believe it's the shape of my narrow feet. With the heel my toes were pushed forward. I tried to start a return, but it says my window to return is not available.

Runs small

Beautiful boots but I can't find the materials stamp on the boot. And it runs very small. I would go up a whole size. Other than that, if it's genuine leather, it's a really nice pair of boots!
