Very poor customer service

I am very disappointed in Macy’s customer service. Every time I order they send me duplicates. Then they de y se ding it. I have been on the over three hours trying to get this straightened out. One rep finds it another denies it. I hesitate to shop at Macy’s ever again. I’m still waiting for an answer. I ask for a supervisor they say there is no one here. I have receipts from UPS where they were returned and pic of the packages in front of my door and all the order numbers. Is there no one that understands? Very disgruntled customer. Very poor customer service

Fits Odd

The shoe fits odd. I may send them back. I bought another pair of slip-ons that fit odd, too. The Narrow is really more of a medium fit on all Bella Vita shoes i have.

Lovely shoes but didnt fit

The shoes are lovely & seem like they provide support. However, I couldnt fit the front of my foot through the first band. I can't go up a size or get wide because the second band, around my instep, would be too loose. I was disappointed because i really like the shoes.
