almost perfect

Very comfortable, with the exception of the heel strap, In spite of it being adjustable, it is still too loose while the shoe itself fits very well. Perfect heel height and style for me.

Poor Return experience

Shoes were all too large. That’s fine. But when I went online to return, it was going to refund an account that wasn’t mine. I called customer service and they were no help. Headed to the mall to see if I can return. Very poor customer service.

Bella Vita Marin sandal

This sandal is made of a comfortable material on the top of my feet, is the perfect heel height but has minimal support for the arch.
