Metal piece broke

I love the look of the boot and they’re fairly comfortable. However, I wore them ONCE and the metal bolt fell off at some point during the day. Now I won’t be able to wear them again.

Arrived with the ornament on the back of the boot broken. Macy's has a history of shipping defective merchandise. Very disappointed with Macy's.

Pretty bootie

For me the heel was a little too high as well as where the boot hit on my leg. They were wide enough for a wide but uncomfortable where the boot hits above the ankle. I like the bootie to be just above the ankle and the heel pitches forward so you would definitely feel the pain. Beautiful boot but not for me!

Look and Feel Fabulous!

The colour is gorgeous and the material is soft. I have a back injury and was concerned about the heel height, but to my surprise, they’re comfortable and perfectly angled for support! These are great boots!
