I was surprised!

I saw the photo of these shoes and loved them. I almost went with black since that's my main wardrobe color, however I went with the tan since it's neutral and can go with my colorful clothes. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable they are. With having back issues, I stay away from heels, but I loved them so much that I ordered and am glad I did. Very classy!

Insole uncomfortable and looks cheap

Cheap looking upper, stiff hard foot bed and not comfortable all over. Do not buy!

So comfortable and they look great

These are so comfortable. I can walk all evening in them. I bought 8WW. They were a tiny bit long (only I would notice) so I tried a 7.5WW and they were too tight. I bought another pair in 8WW so I have two colors. This brand is great for wide feet.

I have tried multiple ways to retrieve a pair of shoes that I ordered paid for, and have been delivered to another state. I have no way of retrieving my package. Not sure what to do

SHOES NOT TRIED ON IN STORE

BECAUSE MACYS HAS MORE SELECTION ON LINE THAN IN THE STORE IT IS DIFFICULT NOT TO TRY ON SHOES! IN SANDALS I COULD WEAR A 6.5 OR 7 THEY WER TOO BIG

Narrow toe box

The toe box and strap are still a bit narrow, even though I ordered a wide. I wanted to love these shoes but they would have tortured my feet so I had to return them.
