Wrong Item

I ordered the boots in grey and they came in black! Not what I ordered and they are a final act, so they cannot be returned!

Be aware if you are a wide instep. This is not a true wide width. More like a C.

I wore these booties for 1 day, in an office and the heel looks terrible just from walking. I would not recommend this shoe.
