Exceeded expectations. This bag is beautiful - the grain is lovely - it doesn't look like every bag out there and is really striking for a casual bag.

Love love love this bag l will be ordering the caramel color l did get another strap for since white is not an ideal color for handling allot but other than that the quality and craftsmanship of the bag are just gorgeous.
