The cream maxi coat is the most beautiful coat I've worn this season. I am 5'2‚ and I ordered an extra small. The coat fits perfectly. This is the first time I've ordered from this store because I live in Canada but I am so pleased with my purchase I will definitely try more items.

Ordered a large got a medium in a bag labelled a large took 3 emails to get a response. Said wanted to fix it either correct order sent or full refund, I replied telling them that although I wanted my correct order I was sure they could not supply as the Large was showing ‚ out of stock‚. Received email stating that exact thing & to start the process of a refund. Unfortunately I purchased this item to wear over a dress to my sons wedding next week so I've tried the coat sent a medium and although it's not the fit I wanted it will have to do unfortunately. I have added a picture clearly showing the package labelled a large with a size medium inside
