Worst purchase I've ever made

They don't even deserve one star. Be very careful purchasing online with Macy's. This is sold directly from Belle and Bloom, and Macy's does not lay out on the product page what restrictions come along with that. If you have an issue Macy's will not address it and will direct you to Belle and Bloom - it took me more than 10 days to get an initial response from Belle and Bloom with follow up responses and no resolution. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Pretty looking purse

This was a gift and it is so pretty I loved it when i opened the gift. However the pouch inside doesn't stay still the hole and small cut that attach to the little gold round circle doesn't hold and keeps sliding off. I'm going to see if I can get it exchanged as it's been more than 30 days.

Metal color

Wish the pictures or description info mentioned the color of the metal. I'm not a gold person and it is gold. Couldn't tell from pictures.

Perfect!

Beautiful design, as pictured, color is burgundy as pictured not red as stated. Exactly what I’ve been looking for! Only took 2 years, glad I waited.

I absolutely love this bag! I can‚t stop looking at it! It is the perfect size - bigger than a cross body, but smaller than a shoulder bag. IRS definitely a statement piece with its gorgeous design and rich colour!
