Looks great on

Great fit, flattering. I’m petite (5 3” and 120) and the xs worked for me.

bad quality

You would expect better quality from a $300 coat. The material is thin and is not very warm. The pockets were completely sewn shut (likely a manufacturing defect). Still, you would hope Macy's would have better quality control standards.
