Bulky pockets make your hips look wide!

The irredeemable problem with this coat is the pockets. I’ve never seen so much bulk in the backside of a pocket. The interior is laden with so much unnecessary fabric for the pockets, padding your hips and adding super unflattering girth. The XS fit generously and that would have been fine, but the pockets are a dealbreaker. Which is a bummer because everything else about it is great.

Gorgeous!!

This is an absolutely stunning coat! I have a few belle & bloom coats, and this one is definitely my favorite! I normally get size S because I like an oversize fit, but for this one the XS was plenty big! I am about 5'4", and the coat is nice and long almost to the ankles. I'd say the photos aren't entirely accurate for the color - it's a beautiful dark grey base, with some subtle orange and green accent colors in the plaid. It drapes beautifully and is not too thick nor thin. Perfectly warm for autumn in Canada. Would buy this style again in another color!

Color and fabric amazing but overall too small

Color is gorgeous, fabric great and length is awesome esp for a tall girl. But it's not lined (could get over this) and the arms are so short! It's also just not oversized, with Large being the largest size offered I should've been swimming in it. Hopefully they can offer something truly oversized in this color and fabric.

The fabric, shape and color are well-done. I was hoping the coat would be four or five inches longer, though, like straight to the ankles. There is no extra fabric to work with. Also disappointing that this coat is not lined.
