Disatisfaction

This is the 3rd necklace that I have bought from you guys with the chain completely tangled up. I worked at trying to detangle it for at least an hour and a half. I finally got so frustrated I ripped it apart. It is now garbage. I have been a long term customer and never have I been so disappointed. I would like a refund.
