Beautiful necklace but very delayed

It’s a very beautiful necklace with a dainty chain but the shipping took a very long time. The tracking for the original order never updated so I requested a reshipment which was approved but even that was standstill so I had to call in and from there the agent made notation on my order and told me to keep an eye on the tracking. About a week later I received the necklace which also comes with a black gift box and cloth. I recommend the product since it is very nice but keep in mind that it’ll take awhile to get to you so order in advance if possible.
