oversized!!

I normally wear women’s 4 & 6. I purchased size small which is appropriate for 4-6. Overall the body of jacket is huge - like a hula-hoop! The shoulders & arms are proportionately perfect. Someone messed up here because the overall body of jacket can fit another person in it!!
