Well love it But

I love the jacket ! However, I guess I should have realized that when they said ran small they meant very small. I ordered a Large which is a size up and it still does not fit. I’d like to exchange it but there is no option on the website to do so and I do not have a Macy’s store close to my home For an exchange so I guess I’m going to have to keep it and be out the money I spent. Lesson learned! Maybe for future orders make the option to exchange for a different size available and if not allow for the product to be returned in the mail not just in store.

Great product fashionable

The sweater fits just right, if you have extra bust it may not fit too lose the 2xl, fabric is smooth and cozy, i kinda saw a faulty zipper in comments, I thought of same but has good quality zipper one locks at the bottom and the other one moves up and down.

STAY AWAY…FAR FAR AWAY…

I can’t believe Macy’s would even consider selling such a cheap and poorly made garment! The pictures on Macy’s website looked fantastic, and the price seemed very reasonable, making it hard to resist. However, upon receiving the Bench DNA garments we ordered, it became clear that the quality was subpar, with two jackets having faulty zippers. We felt misled by Macy’s promotion of the Bench DNA line and were extremely disappointed with the poor craftsmanship. Additionally, it took 12 days for our order to arrive. While Macy’s blamed USPS for the delay, we discovered that they initiated the shipping ticket three days after processing our order, indicating that the shipping issues were actually due to Macy’s inadequate service. After 19 years of shopping at Macy’s, I am seriously reconsidering my loyalty and thinking about switching to a more reliable retailer. We had nothing but constant problems with customer service support & a huge number of shipping issues.I am going to return all !
