A Keeper

Amazingly warm but the fit is very tight for a Large. My busts are totally squished when zipped up, and front does not come together when worn open. The size is cut for teenagers not for regular women sizes. If you wear Junior's clothing the fit would be perfect. I wear a ladies Large in tops, or a size 14. 5'6", 175 pounds. I kept it because I need it only for layering under my coats in the temperatures below 20 degrees Fahrenheit.

So comfy !

Fits perfectly very comfortable. The only downside is that sometimes the Velcro gets stuck on other items when you do not want to use the neck part.

No logo on collar

The jacket is nice and looks like the picture only that the brand logo that is visible on the model is no where to be found on mine. I wonder why that was omitted on my jacket. Had to return and too bad the brand doesn’t do replacements.

Horrible customer service and got charged twice

The sweater is great but will not ever purchase anything from macys ever again. When I paid for my order there was a glitch in the system and I got an error message stating that my credit card was declined. I used my debit card instead and ended up getting charged double. Spent 45 minutes with customer service and they were not able to add up the 3 items I bought and figure out what went wrong. Telling all my friends and family also to stay clear of online shopping with Macy’s!
