Pores be gone

Clinque stopped making their pore refiner so I was forced to switch this one is so much better, smother and looks great. I'm glad I was forced to switch

The best toner in town!!!

I am a 61 year old grandmother & my teenaged granddaughter raids my beauty closet for new products to try & that says a lot right there!! She went crazy over my Benefit POREfessional Tight n Toned toner that I let her have it. It has changed my life!! I still get break outs at 61 & this toner has shrunk my pores & I hardly ever get a break out now!! It has saved my face!!

Not the same

I’m not sure why they had to change the product. It’s not the same anymore. I’ve been using the old packaging and product for 10 years but not anymore. Doesn’t cover pores as much as the old product did so, I’ll be looking for other products.

Conning clients

I ordered several items when I ordered this. Macys only sent me 3 of the 6 items I ordered. That has been a pattern with Macys since 2023. Not only didn't they send what I ordered, they also charged my debit card and my Macys card for the same purchase. When I call Macys about that, I could not find anybody to help. The only person who answered was someone from the Phillipines who could not help me with the 2 payments Macys has got for the same purchase. Macys ended up keeping my money because even when I went to different stores and called the #, nobody could help. I realized that is tactic Macys is using to get more more from clients. That's why I dropped Macys from my list of favorite stores.
