I love it!

Runs off and colour is off

I'm normally a 3.75-4 in Benefit brow products but had to go a 2 warm Blonde because everything else was way too dark. When I put it on, it runs off and smudges in no time. Worst brow product ever.

Sharpen to bits

The one star is for developing the perfect colour, however, the amount of sharpening needed to be done without breaking a piece is unfathomable. Each time I thought it was sharpened to get a little bit of product to appear all around, the piece snapped off. The durability is for the investment does not match.

Unable to sharpen pencil

I like and use other benefit brow products and I liked this product too. Until you have to sharpen it. When you attempt to sharpen this pencil, you're first able to remove the outside wood but then you encounter the plastic enclosed brown pencil. You cannot sharpen the plastic enclosure off. I used a standard pencil sharpener, a knife and a razor blade. The hard plastic removes but it take the pencil with it. Terrible for the money and a disappointment with benefit's design. I've attached what is left of this pencil after attempting to sharpen. It's almost comical.
