Idk!!
I’m not sure if the issue is with the item I received or if it’s just how this product is made, but the inner compartments don’t fit properly. The pieces feel loose and keep shifting, which makes the lunchbox a bit inconvenient to use. I expected the compartments to lock in place, but they don’t sit securely at all.

Great size that holds way more food
The depth is pretty much double from the original and the large compartment is adjustable. Very happy with size and quality.

mold in lid
This lunch box is very difficult to clean.the lid has mold and I have tried bleach and many soaps and scrubbed throughly. It will not go away. Keep in mind we thoroughly wash it as soon as it comes home from school and the mold appeared while being stored for vacation.

Lunchbox to the rescue
I work with alot of people and one mini fridge to cram our lunches into. This lunchbox allows me to skip the fridge drama because i can keep it on my desk til lunch.

Please make extra trays and lids!
My kids love the original bentgo chill box but their growing appetites made us really excited to try this larger version. The chill max is as great as the original with a moveable divider bonus. The built in ice pack in the max chill can nest under the ice pack of the chill for efficient freezer space. Hoping you will sell lids and extra trays for the chill max so we can pack our lunch the night before and store in the fridge.

Great for Kids Lunches
The lunchbox stays cold for my sons lunch and seals really well if he takes something like carrots and ranch. And despite it sealing well it is still easy to open for little hands.

Best investment for kids lunch
It’s nifty and cute. It’s durable and the included ice mold for the bottom is amazing. 10/10 recommend and it’s easy to open. My 5 year old loves it.
