Poor Customer Service Skills

Purchased work boots on Feb. 14th online and got delivered on Feb. 19th. Today (3/18/24) BOA cable broke. Called to see about warranty and person on phone told me that shoes are out of warranty. Person said that I could talk to a Team Leader. I asked to be transferred and was told no. Great Customer Service!!!!!!

great boots

I purchased these boots and they’re great quality. Easy to put on or take off when you're in a hurry. The adjustable lace system works great for me. These boots are a little heavier than other steel toes but these are very comfortable. They come with an extra pair of insoles. I ordered size 8 instead of a 9 (I normally wear size 8.5) so I thought they were going to be too small but they fit great! These boots are made of genuine leather so they have a leather smell but it doesn’t bother me. I would purchase them again and absolutely recommend!!
