Small and easy to take without any bad taste/aftertaste! 625% (I couldn’t believe it when I saw it on the packaging!) of daily value of folate in one pill and in the easiest format for your body to absorb.

Mood regulation

This vitamin (B9) is used to help regulate mood and anxiety and even help with fatigue. I noticed a small improvement in mood stabilization and decreased fatigue.

Wonderful supplement

The best way to get your folate

Having a blood disorder that requires a folate supplement and also a MTHFR mutation that means my body cannot process folate but needs methyl folate, these are exactly what I need. I like that I only have to take it once a day.

Works for it’s purpose

I’ve been talking methylfolate for years b/c I have something called the MTHFR gene mutation (two of the mutations) and basically my body has trouble converting folic acid so I typically have a folic acid deficiency. I like that there no preservatives and/or unnecessary additives & the scent isn’t strong to the capsules. I’d recommend to someone looking for methylfolate BUT never start something like this without first consulting a healthcare professional please! Packaging was simple.
