Came damaged twice

Order this product twice, and the studs came bent. Packaging was terrible came in a plastic bag instead of in a box.

Cute, but......

Got my earrings today. Very cute. My complaint is how they were shipped. They were shipped wrapped with maybe a inch of bubble wrap inside a plastic bag then shipped in a barely padded envelope. By the time it reached me, it look like the United States Postal Service had ran over the envelope several times, causing the post to poke through the envelope. The post are slightly bent. I will slowly bend them back in place. backings don't match either. I'll clean them up and find new backings. Do better Macy's when shipping jewelry out when you know you're dealing with a poorly ran Postal Service.
