A little bigger than small

Cute bag. Bigger than I thought it was gonna be. I used to use big shoulder bags and I find small backs are good to lessen the load.

This is a Christmas gift for my 12 year old daughter that I'm sure she'll love! Betsey Johnson always has fun and quirky high quality products. Now all my girls have a BJ bag

Could’ve been a great bag but...

I’ve had lots of issues with the zippers snagging the lining, not zipping well, etc. Also, the adjustable straps do not hold their positions well and require constant readjusting. I’ll be returning this product.

The picture shown with the bag on the back makes the backpack seem smaller that it is in person. My daughter is looking for a smaller backpack for Christmas. The picture shown with the bag being worn on the back is deceiving. I will return and try again! I still give 4 stars because the bag itself is really cute!

Great quality, good size. The flower design makes it a bit too girly for my style but other then that its a great backpack.
