Horrible!!!

This is my first Betsy Johnson I have always purchased Guess it Mk but have always found Betsy Johnson handbags appealing, I have only used this purse a few times because I work 6 days a week and it just ripped apart

LOVE THE BAG; RCVD WITHOUT LOGO KEYCHAIN

The bag is a hit but it was received without the Betsy Johnson Logo Keychain. Not certain what to do. It's a gift. Perhaps Customer Service can expedite before Christmas/BD.

Stylish and spacious

Ordered this online. Took about 5 days for delivery. Worth the wait. This is an amazing bag. Large sized and very spacious inside. The interior is very deep and will accomodate many items. The chevron print side looks cute with the small handles up. The black stripes mimic snake skin. While the white stripes feel soft. The back side is black and feels soft and supple. This side looks cute with the gold chain strap. The strap is not detachable. I kind of wish it was. I could easily and discretely place it inside the bag when not in use. However, I feel that this would eventually bend the thin strap making it wear out sooner. As the black part of the strap is a little too long and bends funny while sitting in the bag. There are 2 sides to this purse. Both are equally cute. The key charm adds extra bling and the pink charm adds pop to the overall style. The back of the pink charm says Betsy Johnson Villa. The charms are detachable.
