not as expected

RUNS SMALL! I'm a small in a dress (size). Macy's sold out of small in this dress so I ordered a medium, pleasantly surprised.. The medium fits perfect. The medium fits tight in the bust (I'm small B-cup) waist & bodice fit perfect-fitted not loose at all. I'm 5'6 143lb muscular athletic build with a curvy figure & butt. All other aspects are great-fabric quails, fabric feel, cut & style are flattwring. CON-There is a shiny gold thread woven in this dress. Not sure if I like this.
