Cute but uncomfortable

I was so excited to get these shoes and they are adorable but they continually pull my sock down at the heel. I have them on for 2 hours in my office where I don't walk all that much and just a few steps pulls them down to where they need adjusting. I have low profile socks on and the tongue of the shoe is hard and sawing into my skin. Bummer. I will probably be returning them.

Bad Fitting

I love these shoes because they are so pretty and just perfect to wear for the Christmas holidays, but the fitting is so bad around the heels that it is difficult to walk, my heels are coming off the shoes when I walk. I tried to use inserts and still very loose around the heels. I wear a size 5 and with the socks on, it would have been just perfect. I am giving it 2 stars and will be returning these shoes.
