Pretty but long in the torso

I received this dress after buying it online. Very pretty but will return it because it is tight in the waist and long in the torso. If you have any hips at all, this will not work for you.

The dress is comfortable, well made and fit was to size. The petite was a good length for 5'4"-no hem would be required with a lowerish heel. Didn't keep the dress as the style was not flattering for me.
