Missing dress - mens suit jacket shipped instead

Missing dress. Mens suit jacket delivered. Dress not delivered! No way to contsct customer service. 79 year old woman with no online ability has to deal with Macys sending wrong item and no way to contsct customer service. Not 79 yesr old woman has to go to Macys to tey to get resolved. But she will have no dress. Very disappointing and inconvenient. Orsering from Macys online is an expensive mistake.

It’s ok

Bought this for an upcoming winter wedding. While I do like the scuba material, the dress itself is just ok. I’m keeping it mostly because it’s a pain to return and I don’t need to hem the length

Nice dress, bad fit.

Dress was cut very slim. Usually a 8, bought a 10 and it fit like a 6. The dress is pretty. Its good for someone who is straight up and down, no curves.
