Quality formal wear

I returned this dress bc it was too big but it was a classic dress with quality material and boning. Will try to purchase in smaller size.

Great Gown! Betsy&Adam perfected the built in bra

Alas! A strapless gown with a built in bra that actually holds up an ample 38H! I'm a mature 57yo with womanly curves (Size 14) Bc my top is disproportionately larger than my bottom its very difficult to find special occasion gowns bc I usually buy 2 sizes up and then pay for alterations - which sometimes cost more than the dress. I ordered this gown off the Macys website along with at least a dozen other gowns from various other websites. Its the only one I bought in a 14W (the rest were 2 sizes up) and I almost didnt try it on bc I assumed the top would not fit my chest. I also immediately assumed the built in bra is not meant for anyone over a D cup. I was pleasantly surprized as soon as I put it on and I knew the search was over! The top is cut so it fits my body without obscene overflowing(IYKYK). The portrait neckline is always a classy look and the skirt portion has just enough ruching to flatter. I jumped up and down and raised my arms up and the top did not budge. The entire dress is well made with boning hidden inside the top to keep the shape and structure. The skirt has plenty of stretch so its very comfortable. This is my first Betsy & Adam gown and I have to say, I am very impressed!

Pretty but no

I think I'm too old and crepey for sleeveless - lovely look on the model but not on me - runs large too
