Betsy & Adam dress

I purchased the Betsy & Adam cap-sleeve V-neck dress in the blue color, size 10. I normally wear an 8, but find most dresses fit tight on the top. This dress fitted perfect except for the length. I will have to have alterations done since it was long. I’m 5’ 3” Dress is a comfortable fit and perfect for a wedding I will be attending in November.
