Disappointed!

The dress was beautiful; however, it appeared worn. The trim around the neckline was stretched out of shape. I called Macy’s customer service regarding the issue. They said they would make a price adjustment to my card and send an email confirmation. I did not receive the adjustment or email confirmation. Disappointed!

I SAID YES TO THIS DRESS

This dress was purchased 2 days before my son's wedding. After frantically running around, ordering dresses online that turned to fit horribly and cheaply made. , and it was amazingly comfortable and made me feel wonderful. I was complimented throughout the entire event.
