Drapes Well but Capelet Restricts Arm Movement

Drapes well. Fabric seems like it will catch on things (already got stuck to rhinestones on dressy heels). Draping feature is lovely but VERY arm-restricting. I would need to cut off the cape and have a tailor hem sleeves. It would also need to be hemmed even with heels. Size 16 is usually large for me but is rather snug in this gown. Depending on the price, the tailoring may make the gown not worth keeping. Still undecided.
